Fredric Helgesson is the CEO and founder of S4K, which was founded in May 2000.

Fredric spend most of his time working with clients, something he has been doing during the last 24 years. The experience and understanding he has gained of the challenges large organisations and their leaders face, continuously drive the development of S4K. During the last five years, he has conducted more than 200 Business-Challenge-Mappings™ with large international organisations.

Prior to S4K, Fredric spent 14 years in banking and held positions within large Corporate Banking in two of the largest banks in the Nordic region. During his years in banking Fredric gained international experience from working in Luxembourg, Spain and Norway.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Business at Stockholm University and has undergone executive education at the Stockholm School of Economics.
